How do I choose the right size of wall art for my space?

  • We provide a size guide for each product, which you can use as a reference.
  • The size guide is always located as the last image of our products for your convenience.

Do you keep crafts in stock?

  • We don't keep crafts in stock.
  • Every piece is made to order, ensuring that you receive an original artwork every time.

Can I make changes to the crafts?

  • Yes, absolutely!
  • Since we create each piece to order, we can customize the size, color, or other details according to your preferences.
  • Just provide us with specific instructions and details on what modifications you'd like.
  • Please send the modification details to info@arttotrue.com, and we'll discuss them with the artist to make it happen for you.

How thick is the wood wall art?

  • The thickness of all wood wall art is usually 1.2-2.8 inches.

Do you offer customization option?

  • Yes, we offer customization options for each art piece since every one of them is handmade to order. Please contact us at info@arttotrue.com to discuss customization details.

Can I display my artwork in environmental condition?

Our artworks are crafted to elevate the ambiance of any indoor space. Yet, exposure to severe conditions like excessive humidity or direct sunlight can impact both the durability and visual appeal of your art pieces.

Shipment & Delivery

How can I track my order?

  • Once the craft is completed, we will send you the tracking code through email, allowing you to view an updated tracking report in the system.
  • You could also track your order with our onsite Track Your Order page.
  • If you haven't received your shipment tracking information, please email us at info@arttotrue.com and we will provide the tracking details as soon as possible.

What is the shipping cost?

  • We offer Free Worldwide Shipping on all orders.
  • This is possible thanks to our partnerships with major postal services like DHL, UPS, and FedEx.
  • Every order is shipped via Express service and is fully insured.

What are the shipping times?

  • Depending on the type of product and destination, the shipping process can take from 5 days to 2 weeks.
  • Wood carved wall art usually takes about 2 weeks because of its size and weight.
  • Rolled paintings usually take less than a week.

What countries do you ship to?

  • We deliver to all countries where our shipping partners operate!

My order was shipped last month, but I haven't received it yet.

I am unable to check my shipment using the tracking number. What should I do?

Who pays the Duties and Taxes?

  • We are responsible for any Duties and Import Taxes that may apply. For any questions, reach out to us at info@arttotrue.com

Returns

What is your return policy?

  • We do not offer any return options.
  • Due to the nature of handmade products, there could be slight differences between the image and the completed art piece. Therefore, we will promptly share an image of the completed order with you before shipment.
  • We will only ship out art pieces with your approval and confirmation.
  • No returns are accepted after shipment.

How does the refund work?

  • A refund will be issued if the art pieces are damaged during the shipment.
  • Please contact us with evidence like images, videos, etc., that prove the piece was damaged during shipment.

I've changed my mind or I don't like the artwork anymore... What can I do?

  • You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing the order and will only incur a credit card processing fee (variable rate).
  • Order cancellations after 24 hours incur a $150 processing fee (only if production has started).
  • We cannot cancel any orders after 72 hours.
