We do not offer returns. Each handmade piece may vary slightly from the image shown. We'll send you an image of your completed order for approval before shipping. No returns accepted after shipment.

Order cancellations within 24 hours have a credit card processing fee. After 24 hours, a $150 processing fee applies if production has started. No cancellations after 72 hours.
